Join a vibrant and growing multidisciplinary team of 17, including 7 Occupational Therapists. Led by a dedicated Team Lead, the team brings together a great mix of early-career and highly experienced clinicians. Joining our Penrith team, you’ll enjoy a diverse caseload spanning all ages and a range of developmental and acquired disabilities with a strong focus on paediatrics, including some ECA and mostly NDIS participants.

Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You
We're after OT’s who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

You will also hold:

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• This is an ideal role for a new-grad or early career OY with 1-3 years experience.
