We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Archerfield. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is confident operating forklifts, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Current LF Forklift Licence - essential
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions on the warehouse floor
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Own reliable transport required

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Assist with receiving, replenishment, put-away, and dispatch processes
• Accurately update stock locations and manage inventory transactions using ERP systems
• Wrap and prepare pallets for storage or dispatch
• Coordinate racking and stock allocation for efficient warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding inventory and order discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
