$44.78 - $48.99 per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Are you passionate about supporting young people aged 8-18 with complex mental health concerns? Do you have a strong background in working with youth and families, along with expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions? If so, we want you to be part of our dedicated team!
As a Clinician within our Youth Enhanced Service, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health treatment and support to youth across individual, group, and family contexts.
As part of our integrated team, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide evidence-based mental health support to individuals, families, and groups
Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and support care transitions
Take part in case reviews and planning as part of a collaborative team
Work closely with other agencies, networks, and schools to support young people
Offer advice and support to care team partners

About you
If you’re an experienced and motivated professional who is passionate about supporting young people and their families, we’d love to hear from you.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or a related field
Extensive experience working with young people and families with moderate to complex mental health concerns
Experience supporting young people experiencing social disengagement from education, employment, or community
Strong skills in assessment, including mental state, crisis, and risk assessments
Experience formulating treatment plans and delivering evidence-based therapies (e.g., DBT, ACT, recovery-based approaches)
A sound understanding of trauma and its impact on adolescent and young adult mental health
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
