About the role

Reporting to the Head of Delivery - Business Transformation, this exciting new role will lead the people side of change to ensure that our employees are prepared and supported to adopt new systems, processes and behaviours aligned with the headspace Digital Strategy. The role blends organisational change with enterprise training and education functions.

Working with a dynamic group of program managers, project teams, business leaders and mental health professionals across the organization, this is a great opportunity to be part of headspace's changing landscape and make a difference in the lives of young people.

Leading a small team of change and training specialists, the role supports organisation wide projects and transformation efforts that contribute to improved systems, processes and service delivery aligned with headspace priorities.

Who we're looking for

headspace is seeking someone with:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and learning and development.
• A demonstrated focus on collaboration, teamwork, and shared success.
• Advanced interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills in change management in an IT environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience.
• High level verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Intermediate software skills.
