🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

Analysing and translating financial and operational data into clear commercial narratives

Delivering monthly reporting with insights and recommendations, acting as a strategic partner to finance, sales and operations

Preparing accurate and timely financial statements

Budgeting and forecasting including leading the annual budgeting process

Implementing and maintaining robust financial controls

Managing cash flow and developing and implementing forecasting models

Leading the adoption and integration of finance technology solutions

Supporting the GM and CEO in developing and executing the company's financial strategy

Participating in strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and business expansion

Conducting strategic finance scenario modelling

Team leadership and development of our Accounts Officer and fostering cross-collaboration between teams

📲 What You Bring to the Table

CPA or CA qualified

Proven experience in a financial management role, preferably as a Financial Controller or similar position

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

Strong leadership and communication skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and provide actionable insights

Confident in constructively challenging data quality, assumptions, or process gaps to ensure the integrity of business decisions
