The Role:
We are excited to be offering a multi-disciplinary New Graduate Program in 2026, with the inclusion of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists.
This is an opportunity to start your career with Albury-Wodonga’s largest Multidisciplinary Team, as part of our Graduate Program. At Icaria Health, culture is everything and our Icarians are amazing people who do amazing things! The successful candidates will be supported by a New Graduate Program Coordinator and will experience a graduate program focused on personal and professional development.
We have both Paediatric and Adult Therapy teams and provide services within the disability and aged care sectors to people from birth to end of life. We offer therapy in a range of settings including in our custom-built facilities/clinics, in our clients' homes, schools, childcare centres, aged care facilities, in the community and via telehealth.

Icaria Health is locally owned and operated, with our team providing allied health services to the Border region. We have an Adult Therapy Team and a Paediatric Therapy Team based in Albury-Wodonga. Essential Selection Criteria:
Graduating in 2025 and will qualify for registration with AHPRA, ESSA or SPA in late 2025 / early 2026;
Be able to positively contribute within a team environment.
Be willing to learn new skills and embrace change.
Provide a family-centred and holistic approach to care.
A current Driver's Licence.
