We are currently looking for an outstanding candidate to join our passionate, customer focused and SA based team. You will be joining the Medical Gases team delivering Liquid Nitrogen and other Medical & Commercial Gases from business to business as well as delivering, setting-up and servicing Home Oxygen (and accessories) as prescribed by hospitals and care facilities. Training is provided and no experience is necessary but evidence of abilities or skills is preferred.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Equipment installation
Sales & service
Basic customer training on safe usage of equipment
Filling of approved containers/devices with Liquid Nitrogen
Product demonstrations
Product delivery and servicing
Equipment maintenance & repairs
Drive sales and growth of business
Build strong relationships with customers, NDIS agencies and allied health professionals
Liaise with key clients ie. Nurses, Carers, Doctors etc.
Manage equipment - ordering, invoicing, data entry and servicing.
Home & regional visits to palliative and immobile patients
Working in different branches

Responsibility of maintaining company vehicle
All required training will be provided to the successful applicants, a variety of on-the-job training, online training courses, seminars/webinars and required reading will be available depending on the role.

You will work as part of a team of around 75 (and growing) colleagues across 9 stores & clinics around the state. You will work autonomously with clients and also as a team. As Respirico Healthcare is a growing company with three overlapping but separate divisions (Sleep, Respiratory & Mobility) there is opportunity for variety, learning and career growth.

Skills & Experience
Monday - Friday - Plus some rostered On Call

Car license required with good driving record

Excellent customer service skills

Some heavy lifting required (20kgs+)
Stable work history
Competent computer skills
Good mechanical aptitude

Demonstrated empathy with elderly, disabled and vulnerable customers
Accepting of all races, religions etc
NDIS Worker Screening Check (can be completed during induction)
Reliable, punctual, honest and committed
Education – high school, some post-secondary studies preferred but not essential
A trade background or experience in repairs, equipment maintenance & servicing advantageous but not essential
Background in health, sales, customer service or management is preferred but not essential
Yearly flu-shot & Covid-19 vaccination required (SAHealth requirement)
