We are looking for mid-level designers and or experienced draftspeople to join our team in the delivery of high end hotel Interior design projects.

You will have a proficient folio of work, excellent communication skills and all round project experience of 3+ years

You will work closely with the Director / interior design team to help manage interior projects and produce drawing packages for concept, tender, construction and post construction of high end 5 star hotels and high end hospitality & residential projects.

Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative suite & Sketchup if possible

Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, etc desirable. Salary is negotiable based on level of experience

Australian residency or appropriate work visa is required. however WFH and remote work may be considered upon the strength of the candidate.

Skills & Experience

To be successful you will have:

A tertiary qualification in Architecture or Interior Architecture/Design / architectural drafting

You will have demonstrated 3+ years’ experience in relevant industry

Experience working on hospitality, hotel and/or residential projects

Have a sound knowledge of construction, codes, and compliance.

You will demonstrate strong communication, people and project management skills.

Passion for design and a strong eye for detail

Experience in selecting & scheduling finishes, sanitary and FF&E items

Experience coordinating drawing & design principals with architects and other design professionals.
