About the role

Original Projects Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead custom residential builds across Melbourne and the Peninsula with project budgets ranging from 2-5 million. You’ll manage projects from start to finish, working closely with architects, clients, consultants, and trades to ensure high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion

· Coordinate trades, suppliers, and consultants

· Monitor progress, manage schedules, and report to leadership

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards

· Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

· Lead by example and support team growth

About You

· Qualified carpenter with 10+ years’ residential experience

· 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction

· Strong technical knowledge and regulatory understanding

· Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and budget

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in project management tools
