🔹 About the Role:

As a Bond Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing top-quality end-of-lease cleaning services. This includes a full property clean — from kitchens and bathrooms to walls, floors, windows, and more. In addition to bond cleans, you will be required to complete Spring and List cleans as identified.

🔹 Duties Include:

Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and all living areas

Spot cleaning walls and removing scuff marks

Cleaning ovens, range hoods, and appliances

Window and glass cleaning

Ensuring the property is left in real estate-ready condition

🔹 Requirements:

Previous experience in bond/end-of-lease cleaning (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards

Ability to work independently and in a team

Own transport

What You'll Be Doing

Thoroughly cleaning clients' properties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens

Adhering to our strict cleaning standards and procedures to ensure consistent, exceptional service

Restocking and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment from the office

Reporting any issues or concerns to the team

NOT working on weekends or public holidays!

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a residential or commercial setting

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively

Good communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible hours

Police check and the right to work in Australia or willing to obtain
