We’re looking for both a Refrigeration Mechanic and a Qualified Electrician to join our growing team. These roles are available due to steady business growth, not turnover.

About the Roles

1. Refrigeration Mechanic

- Work across domestic and commercial refrigeration & AC systems

- Fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs, and replacements

- Cold room/freezer work and VRF/VRV experience

- Installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance

- Quality reporting and clear communication with clients and the team

- Chiller and Air Handler

2. Electrician – Be More Than Just an Installer

This isn’t a production-line electrical job. You’ll be working on meaningful, well-scoped projects where your input is respected and your skills are valued.

Your role will include:

- Air conditioning power installations and switchboard upgrades

- General electrical installations (residential, commercial, sheds, kitchens)

- Smoke alarm compliance upgrades

- RCBO installs, testing, and fault rectification

- Problem-solving and working alongside refrigeration techs on multi-trade projects

What We’re Looking For

Refrigeration Mechanic:

- Cert III Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

- ARCtick Licence

- Manual Driver’s Licence

Electrician:

- QLD Electrical Licence or willing to obtain

- Manual Driver’s Licence

- Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000

- Good communicator, proactive mindset
