CASUAL CHILDCARE EDUCATOR ROLES- MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS

About the role

We are looking for Casual Educators who can work on Mondays and Fridays to join the team at Evolution Early Learning in Mooloolaba, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, supportive early learning environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years

Implementing the early learning program and contributing to the development of engaging activities

Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children

Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional care and educational outcomes

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field

Experience working in a similar role within the childcare sector

Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for supporting the development and wellbeing of young children

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
