About the Role:

We’re looking for a hungry, sharp, emotionally intelligent Phone Consultant who knows how to uncover needs, build trust fast, and convert quality leads into strategy sessions for our Senior Advisors. You’ll be the first impression – and the deal starter.

You’ll be responsible for:

Calling inbound leads generated daily from our marketing (no cold calling)

Qualifying leads using our proven script and process

Booking appointments for our Senior Property Consultants

Keeping CRM and call records up to date (Pipedrive)

Hitting daily KPIs around calls, conversions, and seen rates
