As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our online sales operations, picking and packing orders and dispatch. Price advertised per hour is for a casual senior.

Qualifications & experience

Passion for ecommerce and a genuine interest in jewellery

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Previous experience with ecommerce platforms or jewellery making is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.

Willingness to learn.

Tasks & responsibilities

Assist in managing our online store including order processing

Picking and packing orders

Dispatch

Inventory Management

Requirements

Must be available minimum 4 days a week (Monday - Friday)

Must be available for November/December during our busy period (time off is given over Christmas break if required)

Flexible start and finish time
