About the role

Boord Constructions' is seeking an experienced All-Round Operator to join our team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment on our construction sites. This is an integral position that will contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain a range of construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, Skid Steers, and compaction rollers

Carry out pre-start checks and routine maintenance on assigned machinery

Work collaboratively with the construction crew to complete tasks efficiently and safely

Adhere to all safety procedures and environmental regulations on site

Provide support to other operators and laborers as required

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an all-round operator in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience

Competent in the operation of a variety of heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, Skid Steers and compaction rollers

Hold a valid HC Minimum- MC Preferable driver's license and relevant construction machinery tickets

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the construction crew

Commitment to working safely and promoting a positive safety culture on site
