About the role

Splash Pool Care Mackay & Whitsundays' is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our team in Mackay, Queensland. This full-time role is responsible for providing expert pool maintenance and repair services to our valued customers in the Mackay region. OTE - $100,000p/a

What you'll be doing

Conducting routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment maintenance

Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators

Robotic cleaner service and repairs

Completing detailed service reports and maintaining accurate records

Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Working in a retail store from time to time

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pool Service Technician or similar role

Strong technical skills and knowledge of pool equipment and maintenance

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities

Customer service-oriented with the ability to provide clear, friendly advice

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Manual driver's licence and own transport to and from our depot

Certification in pool water chemistry and pool equipment repair is highly desirable
