Experienced Boilermaker / Pressure Welder – Self-Starter Wanted

We're looking for a skilled and driven tradesman who takes pride in their work and is capable of running jobs solo or leading a small crew. This is not an entry-level role.

At TMH Welding & Fabrications, we specialise in breakdowns, repairs and heavy fabrication. We're after someone who can hit the ground running and bring real value to the team.

What we're looking for:

A qualified boilermaker with at least one pressure welding ticket OR significant experience beyond the basics. MIG, TIG & Stick all three absolutely essential.

Someone confident working independently and making smart, safe decisions on-site.

A person who can QC their own work and check others' without cutting corners.

Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic, and ability to manage time and tasks without being micromanaged.

Willingness to work outside standard hours when required.
