$78,157 package includes salary range ($68,860 - $76,008), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading per annum

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at TAFE NSW, you'll be the first point of contact for our students and customers. With a focus on first-contact resolution and responsive service, you’ll handle a diverse range of enquiries and transactions within a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and in line with compliance standards, processes, and systems.

We are looking to establish a Talent Pool that will be valid for 18-months to support both temporary and ongoing roles across various locations in NSW. While opportunities may arise throughout the state, our immediate focus is on the following campuses:

  • Sydney Region: Eora
  • Western Sydney Region: Nepean
  • North Region: Casino
  • West Region: Armidale, Dubbo, Inverell, Lithgow, Moree, Narrabri, Orange, Tamworth
  • South Region: Bega, Cooma, Deniliquin, Goulburn, Moruya, Tumut, Wagga Wagga, West Wyalong

About You

In this role you will have the opportunity to make a genuine difference by delivering responsive, customer-focused support across a range of channels. By interpreting and addressing customer needs clearly and professionally, you’ll play a key part in guiding students through the enrolment process and contributing to broader customer services - impacting lives every day.
