We are a not-for-profit National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.

About the Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong Recycling team in a full time position. As a Labourer, you’ll work as part of a supportive and dedicated team to perform a range of tasks and ensure the effective operation of our service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Process recyclable materials from non-recyclable items and monitor the quality of sorted materials.
• Perform a range of tasks in a safe and timely manner whilst wearing the required protective equipment.
• Build on your knowledge of work health and safety requirements in the workplace and communicate any unsafe conditions or behaviors to your Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times.

Importantly, you must demonstrate a real passion to make a positive difference for people living with disability.

Skills, Traits and Qualifications

• Previous laboring experience is desirable
• Safety focused mindset
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
• Working or lived experience with people with disability is desirable
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

This position is remunerated with a salary of $51,968.80 + NFP Salary Packaging, Super and Annual Leave Loading.
