Are you a creative thinker with a flair for design and a love of getting hands‑on?

We're on the lookout for someone who is confident in Photoshop and Illustrator and knows their way around a large DTF printer.

Your role will include:
✅ Preparing and managing design files; we receive files as EPS, png, pdf and other formats which need a transparent background to be able to print. Experience with all types of files is essential
✅ Printing on the DTF machine using the Print Factory program and cutting vinyl. Knowledge of Print Factory is ideal

✅organising garments and orders for our team
✅ Creating customer pick slips and staff organisational spreadsheets
✅ Helping keep our production process running smoothly

It's a bonus if you can use a heat press – but if not, don't worry, we're happy to train you!

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised and detail‑focused

Comfortable with Print Factory and design software to produce cut lines and designs in the specified sizes

Happy to jump in and help wherever needed.
