Physiotherapist – Full time or Part Time Position (Thornleigh & Macquarie Park)

Simba Health is growing — and we’re looking for a clinically focused, independent Physiotherapist to join our team across two modern locations: Thornleigh and Macquarie Park.

The full time position could initially be a dual-location role, however we are open to filling two part-time positions at each location with potential to increase to full time at both locations. The role is ideal for a physiotherapist who values autonomy, clinical variety, and the support of a committed, professional team. You’ll manage your own caseload, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient base — with full admin and operational support.

You'll work within a multidisciplinary clinic setting, with allied health professionals and a team of vestibular and balance focused physiotherapists. There's plenty of opportunity for collaboration — without overlapping scopes.

The Role

Provide evidence-based physiotherapy with a focus on musculoskeletal rehab, injury prevention, post-op care, chronic pain, and sports injuries

Manage your own caseload and treatment plans

Maintain accurate clinical notes and professional standards

Optionally integrate fitness-based rehabilitation using reformers, gym space, or hydrotherapy pool — if desired or clinically appropriate

Be involved in growing your client base using Simba Health’s branding tools and community networks

What We Offer

Base salary + bonus/profit share structure

Full-time (38 hours/week) or part-time considered

4 weeks annual leave

$2,000 annual CPD allowance + 20 paid CPD hours

Optional mentoring or develop as a mentor depending on background and experience

Dedicated front desk/admin support — we handle bookings and billing

Modern, renovated clinics with treatment rooms, Pilates equipment, hydrotherapy pool (Thornleigh), and access to performance-focused gym facilities at both sites

What We’re Looking For

Degree-qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration

Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

Willingness to support clinic growth through patient retention and local networking

Flexibility to work across Thornleigh and Macquarie Park locations

Optional: interest or background in rehab-integrated fitness or personal training is welcomed, but not required
