On behalf of Geelong Coastal Hire, Workforce Extensions Geelong are seeking a reliable and organised Yard and Logistics Coordinator to join the operations team in Corio. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of equipment and vehicles, ensuring our deliveries, collections and site services run smoothly across the region. This is a physical, early-start role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running on time.

About the Role

• Hours: 4:00am - 1:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Initial training will be completed within standard daytime hours until confident in the role
• Pay rate: $33-$38p/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Load/unload a large variety of rental equipment
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-compliant yard
• Inspect returned equipment and assist with basic servicing or tagging
• Communicate clearly with drivers, internal teams, and customers

We're Looking For

• Experience in yard, logistics or hire industry operations
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Forklift licence required
• Test & Tag accreditation is highly regarded
• Truck licence (MR or above) a bonus but not essential
• Flexibility to work more hours during peak seasons
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Comfortable with early starts and physical work
