OMC Australia is a long established and growing meat processing company offering an extensive range of premium beef products to the retail, food service, wholesale, domestic and export markets.
We are looking for Permanent Full-Time experienced Skilled Meat Workers (Boners and Slicers) to add to our team for our State-of-the-Art beef boning facility in Dandenong South, VICTORIA.
Must have/be:

Excellent knife handling skills

Proficient at removing cuts from carcass sides & quarters, using specified cutting lines whilst retaining maximum yield.

Able to pass a skills test.

Physically fit.

Willing to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.

Full time positions, Monday to Friday. Early start required (5.15am).

Salary Range: $76,669 - $93,701 per year commensurate with experience
