Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery and equipment

Assemble and package finished products for dispatch

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Support skilled workers with general labour tasks

Report equipment faults or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

Perform basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning machines, sweeping floors, and removing waste

Assist with insulation work as required

Follow all factory policies and safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment preferred but not essential

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

Basic maths and measurement skills

Awareness of workplace health and safety standards and willingness to follow them

Working Conditions:

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, helmets, and safety footwear, is mandatory
