The Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll be a key part of our team, delivering compassionate and high-quality care that respects the individual needs and preferences of each resident.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing personal care in line with care plans and resident preferences

Documenting daily care and completing accurate progress notes

Supporting a positive and person-first resident experience

Working collaboratively within a team-focused environment

Practicing safe manual handling and reporting any feedback or incidents

Ensuring care is delivered in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)

Experience in delivering daily care and support

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

A compassionate, resident-first mindset

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 care environment
