Redstone have partnered with a VIC based aged care provider with a small home in the Traralgon area.
In this role you will manage the opreations of the aged care home along with all staff associated. You will have the support of a CCC and all floor staff, along with support from all head office functions.

Requirements:

• Facility/ Residential Management experience or potentially a strong Clinical Manager seeking a step up
• Outstanding people & culture management skills
• Knowledge and hands on experience of change management
• Experience in rostering and other HR duties
• Proven experience with accreditation standards
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
