The role

Through our clients, Cunningham Construction is looking for experienced Electricians to join our team on various mining projects in Western Australia. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role on maintenance and/or construction projects. These are casual positions on 2 and 1 rosters and are FIFO from Perth.

Key responsibilities Include but are not limited to;

Conduct scheduled and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and perform necessary repairs

Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and infrastructure

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations

Maintain detailed records of all electrical work performed

Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to optimise efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

Qualified and experienced Electricians with relevant trade tickets and licences who are available for immediate start.

Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Electrician in the mining or industrial sector

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues

Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and safety protocols

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management

Current BHP, RIO or FMG inductions highly advantageous.
