We are seeking qualified Electricians for a solar farm project in NSW to handle wiring, install inverters and switchgear, test systems, ensure grounding, document work, etc.

A-Grade Electricians

• Rate: $70-75 per hour – Weekly pay!
• Roster: 6:1 residential (Monday – Saturday) or 2:1/3:1 FIFO from Melbourne.
• Location: Glenellen
• Hours: 11-hour days - Monday to Saturday, no work on Sundays.

There is an opportunity to transition to another site on the East Coast after the project’s completion.

Must Haves:

• A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Construction White Card
• LVR/CPR (within 1 year)
• Available to complete a medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Ability to complete site inductions and candidate onboarding
• Available to commence within the next few weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and connect DC/AC wiring between panels, inverters, and grid connections
• Lay conduits and cables in trenches, ensuring protection and safety
• Mount and connect inverters, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection systems
• Perform electrical tests (continuity, insulation resistance, voltage)
• Assist in system commissioning, powering up, and troubleshooting
• Document all work and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
• Collaborate with other trades on-site to integrate electrical systems smoothly
