A rare opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Cockburn store. Key elements of the role will include:

· Implementing store strategies to achieve Sales targets and other KPI’s

· Inventory management and stock control.

· In store merchandising

· Supervise and lead the team to achieve store goals.

· Provide high levels of service at all times.

· Proficient with POS systems.

The successful applicant should have:

· Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.

· Ability to motivate team members to achieve KPI’s

· Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the demands of a retail business

· Strong communication skills

· A customer centric approach
