Our Early Learning Centre is growing, and we’re on the hunt for 2 x Full-Time Educators to join our fun, passionate and values-driven team!

All-Star Kids is a boutique, family-owned centre nestled in a beautifully restored heritage building on McKillop Street, Geelong. We provide Long Day Care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, including government-funded 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten.

We are looking for:

1 x Full-Time Educator - Toddler Room
Join our warm and tight-knit “unders” team in one of our two toddler rooms (8–12 children per day). You’ll work alongside an experienced Room Leader and be part of a group that truly has each other’s backs. Collaboration, laughter, and genuine friendships are the daily vibe in our toddler crew.

1 x Full-Time Educator - Kindergarten Room
Be the fourth full-time educator in a buzzing, dynamic room of up to 29 children, working closely with our incredible Bachelor-qualified Kindergarten Teacher and two other full-time educators. Our Kindergarten teacher is incredibly talented, passionate, and a great leader and role model to her team of educators. Our kinder team is fun, friendly, and fiercely supportive of each other and the children.

To Be Considered:

Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate 3 qualification in Children's Services. We are looking for Qualified OR Working Towards. We can also offer traineeships to the right candidate.

Experience: Prior experience or previous placement in long day-care centres is preferred.

Knowledge: Practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF.

Certifications: Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certificates, and a Working with Children check.
