About the Role

This role is ideal for a Senior or APA Titled Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal, Sports & Exercise, Women/Mens Health, Pain, Neuro, or a highly experienced clinician who:

Enjoys autonomy over their caseload

Wants to shape the growth of a premium health service

You will deliver one-on-one care and, if desired, lead small group Pilates rehab sessions in a fully equipped, modern space featuring private treatment rooms and a high-end Pilates studio.

What We’re Looking For

APA Titled (or working towards it) OR 5+ years’ clinical experience

Strong manual therapy and exercise-based rehab skills

Confidence to work independently in a high-standard practice

AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance

Bonus If You Have

Clinical Pilates experience or interest in small group rehab

Mentorship or team development skills

Interest in contributing to a growing business

Led by Clinician, Educator, and Advocate

Paul Dardagan is a Dual APA Titled Physiotherapist, Executive MBA graduate, and Chair of the Sydney CBD Microlend Charity Project. He also serves on the APA Musculoskeletal Committee (NSW) and leads CSR initiatives focused on healthcare and education for children and elderly people in rural Zimbabwe.

His approach to care is rooted in clinical excellence, movement-based rehab, ethical business, and a vision for creating meaningful change.
