About the Role

As our new OHT, you’ll be treating both children and adults to your full scope, with a special focus on leading the growth of our paediatric department. You’ll work closely alongside our full-time in-house orthodontist, enabling you to offer truly holistic, proactive treatment for young patients and their families.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality, full-scope OHT care to both adults and children

Taking ownership of paediatric services and creating structured patient journeys

Collaborating closely with our orthodontist and wider team

Educating patients and the community on preventative oral health

Representing DNTL Code at local events, schools and networking opportunities

Contributing to a high-performing, respectful, and connected clinical team

Following communication and operational guidelines to ensure smooth workflow

Working with integrity and intention — every day, every patient

Remuneration & Perks

You’ll receive 35% commission on treatments, with a guaranteed base retainer of $35 per hour as a safety net — offering both security and the chance to be well-rewarded for your contribution and clinical impact.
