About the role

As a Delivery Driver at Experienced Office Furniture, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering office furniture to our customers across the Newcastle area. This full-time position is based in our warehouse in Lambton, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Carefully loading and unloading office furniture from our delivery vehicles

Delivering furniture to customer locations and assisting with placement as needed

Providing exceptional customer service and answering any questions our customers may have

Maintaining accurate delivery records and documenting any issues or concerns

Ensuring company vehicles are well-maintained and kept clean

Working closely with the warehouse and logistics team to optimise delivery routes and schedules

What we're looking for

A valid MR driver's licence with a clean driving record

Experience in a similar delivery driver or logistics role, preferably in the furniture or retail industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy furniture

A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety
