About the role

Geraldton Isuzu Ute is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team in Geraldton, Western Australia. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of Isuzu Ute vehicles, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service. This is a full-time position based in our Geraldton workshop.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting scheduled maintenance and inspections on Isuzu Ute vehicles
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on a variety of vehicles
• Performing maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake servicing, and tyre rotations
• Collaborating with the service team to provide exceptional customer service
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work performed
• Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations in the workshop

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualifications in automotive mechanics or a related field
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
