Pearl Recruitment currently have multiple vacancies for various Gardeners and Labourers for our clients based south of the river. Locations including Baldivis, Belmont and Armadale.

Available Positions:
Gardening Labourers – Baldivis Location
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6AM – 2:30PM
Rate: $34.13/Hr + Penalties + Super
Job Duties: Assisting with landscape gardening, planting, spraying, operating moving machinery and working on various public spaces outside.

Mower Operators (10 weeks) – Armadale Location
Hours: 6:30AM – 3PM
Rate: $32- $34Hr + Penalties + Super
Job Duties: Operating large commercial ride on mowers for various parks and gardens, as well as completing any other general operating, driving and gardening duties as required.

Labourer (10 weeks) – Armadale Location
Hours: 6:30AM – 3PM
Rate: $31.19/Hr + Penalties + Super
Job Duties: Assisting with landscape gardening, supporting the mower operators, operating basic gardening machinery, assisting with general cleaning up and working on various public spaces outside.

Lawn Technician – Belmont Location
Hours: 6AM – 3PM
Rate: $70k - $85k + Super
Job Duties: Renovating and greenkeeping a variety of grounds and facilities, operating a variety of plant machinery such as ride-on mowers, bobcats, etc, repair and maintenance on plant machinery where required
Special Requirements: Previous greenkeeping and plant machine operating experience, MR or HR Driver’s Licence, Certificate or Diploma in turf management.

Requirements for all roles:

• Driver’s licence and car.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Physically fit and willing to work outside, completing manual lifting when required.
