3rd Party Containers (3PC) is seeking motivated and skilled Forklift Operator & Container Loader/Unloaders to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

6:00am to 2:00 pm

2:00pm to 10:00pm

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

Must hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF)

Ability to assist with manual loading/unloading tasks when required

Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard management

Ability to lift up to 30kgs and perform physical tasks

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible shifts

Requirements:

Must be over the age of 18

Must have a valid driver’s licence and form of transport.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $33.50 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $33.50 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
