About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Construction Cleaner to join the team at Acan Group Pty Ltd in West Melbourne, VIC. As a Construction Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring construction sites are kept clean, safe and presentable for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform daily cleaning duties on active construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and rubbish removal

Ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly and construction waste is disposed of correctly

Identify and report any potential safety hazards to site supervisors

Assist with preparing construction sites for client walkthroughs and inspections

Contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across all project sites

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a construction cleaning or general cleaning role

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously

Physically fit and able to carry out physically demanding tasks

Strong safety awareness and a commitment to following all site protocols

Reliable, punctual and dedicated to delivering high-quality work
