Full-time Clinical Pharmacist – permanent position

Servicing Aged Care facilities with state of the art technology , in house Robotics, eNRMC charting using Best Med.

A newly formed position with a great support team including other Pharmacists and Dispensary Technicians

Axcess Heath Care is looking for a full-time Clinical pharmacist to manage and deliver exceptional pharmacy services to our contracted Aged Care Facilities.

Located in BONDI JUNCTION, you will receive in store mentoring by an experienced ownership team of over 30yrs, focusing primarily on patient Electronic Medication profiles ,liaising with GP's , Aged care staff and the dispensary team.

Role:

Create and provide medication profiles to patients for Aged Care Facilities

dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products

Develop and maintain professional relationships with key personnel to ensure excellent customer service

Support patients, carers, staff and associated employees

Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion and the proper use of medicines

The successful candidate will possess:

AHPRA registration

Clinical Pharmacy experience using Best Med or like

Excellent communication, customer service and people management skills

Eagerness to be part of our pharmacy team

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

Strong and dedicated work ethic

All levels of pharmacist experience will be considered, including newly registered pharmacists.
