About the role

Bellevue Glass Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Windows/Doors Fabricator to join our team in Mount Druitt, NSW. As a full-time Windows/Doors Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality windows and doors for residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

Fabricate windows and doors according to technical drawings and specifications

Operate machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble window and door components

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards

Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and identify areas for improvement

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support efficient production

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Windows/Doors Fabricator or similar role in the manufacturing industry (minimum of 2 years' experience required)

Strong understanding of window and door fabrication techniques and construction methods

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Looking for someone who has experience in working in several different sections for windows and doors

Proficient in the use of power tools, machinery, and other equipment used in the fabrication process

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Adaptable to changes in production requirements and willing to learn new skills

Minimum set KPI'S for fabricators which will be required to be met on a daily/weekly basis

Roll will start as a full time casual, with the opportunity of full-time permanency once skill set has been observed
