The Position

The Trade Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in the Trade Display Centre and accurately processing customer transactions.

Responsibilities

· Assist customers in the Trade Display Centre

· Conduct point of sales transactions accurately

· Ensure that customer special order requests are documented and processed according to procedure

· Provide a high level of customer service

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

· Exceptional customer service focus

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent computer skills

· Understanding of the timber & building industry
