After 10 years of quality building this company is booming. They build projects across all areas of commercial fitout in the $1M-$10M range with some larger and growing rapidly as the business grows. Turnover for the group is approaching $60M.

They employ close to 40 employees and have offices in both Sydney and Melbourne. They are extremely organised and resourced to implement the current growth phase.

The Position

They are now looking for a Contract Administrator to join the successful team. The projects are taken from the concept stage right through to handover. You will be an important part of this process and build an excellent range of skills to drive your career.

The Requirements

To apply for this position you will need;

A tertiary qualification in construction

2+ years administration experience on fitout projects

A strong work history

Reliable references

The company are looking for an ambitious and driven CA with strong financial acumen and negotiating skills. You will enjoy getting out to the projects and being part of a team.
