The Opportunity

We’re open to people from all backgrounds whether you’ve worked in trades, property maintenance, landscaping, or just love gardening. We care more about your reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work than your formal qualifications.

We’re especially keen to hear from people in their 40s–60s looking for flexible part-time work with a respectful team and consistent hours.

We’re not chasing speed... We’re building a crew that does things properly!

What You’ll Be Doing

Lawn mowing and edging (battery-powered tools)

Pruning, hedging, weeding, blowing

Mulching, planting, turf installs & light landscaping

Irrigation checks and general plant care

Managing regular client runs with autonomy and pride

What You’ll Get

$35–$45/hr + super, depending on experience and role

Use of a fully equipped vehicle with high-end battery tools

Uniform, phone, and admin systems provided

Flexible schedule (2–4 days/week)

Trust, support, and structure

Enjoy your mornings? Start at 7am, finish early, still pick up the kids or go fishing in the arvo.

About You

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Friendly, reliable, and professional with clients

Driver’s licence + towing experience preferred

Gardening or landscaping experience valued

Horticultural qualifications welcomed but not essential

We’re happy to train the right person if you're reliable, active, and have the right attitude.
