What We’re Looking For:

Open to Growth – We want someone who embraces feedback and strives for continuous improvement. Our salon fosters a culture of learning and evolving, always aiming to do things a little better, regardless of experience.

Fully Qualified Hairdresser – We’re looking for a confident stylist who’s fully qualified and has a bit of experience behind the chair. Whether you’re still building your clientele or already established, we’d love to hear from you.

Full-Time Applicants.

Team Player – Willing to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside a supportive team.

Hair Extension Experience (A Big Bonus) - If you have experience working with hair extensions, that’s a huge advantage. We offer a lot of extension services in salon, so confidence in this area is a big plus (but not essential).

What we pay:

We offer a starting rate of $32/hour if you're joining without a clientele, as we’ll support you in building your books.
If you already have some clients or know a few are likely to follow, we’re happy to offer a higher starting rate, with a strong commission structure on top.

While your base rate depends on experience and clientele, our main goal is for all of our team to earn $100K+ per year.
So from day one, we’ll sit down with you to map out a clear plan whether it’s through pay rises, higher commission tiers, or bonuses — and work with you to help you get there.

Hourly Rate: $32–$40+ (based on experience and clientele)
