What You’ll Be Doing:

• Servicing and maintaining CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

• Troubleshooting faults, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring systems

perform to spec

• Collaborating with our control room, projects, and sales teams to deliver outstanding

client service

• Supporting commissioning, documentation, and handover processes as needed

• Contributing ideas to improve service delivery, with a view to growing into a

leadership role

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a technician in the electronic security or similar industry

• Security licence and cabling licence

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service

• A desire to grow into a leadership role and be part of something bigger
