Are you organised, reliable and passionate about children’s health? Teeth On Wheels, Victoria’s leading mobile dental service, is looking for a caring and motivated School Dental Coordinator to join our growing team.

This casual position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants to make a real difference in children’s lives. You'll play a key role in helping deliver onsite dental care to schools across Victoria - supporting our clinical team, coordinating patients and driving our mobile dental clinic.

No dental experience? No problem. While experience in dental assisting or health care is highly regarded, it’s not essential. We’ll provide full training - all you need is a great attitude and a genuine love for working with kids.

What the Role Involves

Morning Commute
Drive our mobile dental clinic from our HQ in Tullamarine to primary schools across Victoria.

Clinic Preparation
Set up the mobile clinic for the day ahead, ensuring all equipment is clean, stocked and ready to go.

Patient Coordination
Organise the daily schedule, liaise with school staff, and escort students from their classrooms for their appointments.

Chairside Support
Assist dental practitioners during treatments, manage clinical notes and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Admin & Records
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with day-to-day admin tasks using our simple digital systems.

Wrap-Up & Return
At the end of the day, clean and reset the clinic before driving it back to our Tullamarine base.

What We’re Looking For

✅ A genuine passion for working with children

✅ Strong organisational and communication skills

✅ A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

✅ A current driver’s licence (manual preferred but not essential)

✅ Availability for a minimum of 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays preferred)

✅ Previous experience in dental assisting, health care or education is a bonus - but not essential

Location: Based out of Tullamarine, travelling to schools across Victoria
Typical Hours: 8-10 hour shifts, usually finishing by 5pm
