About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Gaming/TAB and Bar Attendant to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service across the gaming room, TAB, and bar areas, while upholding responsible service standards. If you love engaging with people and bringing a positive attitude to every shift – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner

Operate gaming machines, TAB terminals, and bar service areas

Ensure compliance with responsible gambling and liquor service regulations

Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions with accuracy

Work collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced venue

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patrons

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a similar gaming, TAB, or bar role preferred

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends

Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

Essential Requirements

Current RSA Certificate

Minimum Module 1 RSG Certificate

Valid Victorian Gaming Licence
