This role is required to relocate to Inverell, New South Wales. The relocation comes with a $5,000 package or on site accommodation free of charge.

About the role:

This role will be flexible rotating 5/4/4/5 12 hour days roster.

You will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and your responsibilities will include:

• Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
• Fault finding using PLCs (prior experience necessary)
• Working with variable speed drives, motors, sensors and control panels
• Installation of new equipment and electrical infrastructure. Project work on offer

Your background and key skills/certifications:

• A Grade NSW Electrical Licence (mandatory)
• Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG industries
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• A proactive approach to safety, understanding of GMP/HACCP principles
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Competent understanding and ability to read schematics and blueprints
