We are looking for someone with:

Previous retail experience

Extraordinary Customer Service skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Enthusiasm and initiative

As a Senior Team Member, your key responsibilities are included (but not limited to):

Working visibly as a leader on the shop floor and to ensure all customers receive the highest quality customer service experience possible

Driving and leading by example in all areas of conduct and behaviour, ensuring the SportsPower sales teams achieves success

Store presentation and merchandising

Organize and distribute work for the team, set priorities and keep a good overview of the tasks to be accomplished within the shop, according to the needs of the business

Role model the high customer service standards throughout the team and be a brand ambassador at all times

Liaise with Management regarding any staff issues/concerns

Build and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Management/Directors, staff, customers, suppliers etc

Ongoing monitoring of essential core product levels to ensure adequate supply at all times (both on the floor and in the warehouse)

This is a full time role working up to 38 hours a week and will include weekend and public holidays hours.
