Front Office – Guest Services Agent (Full time)
As a Guest Service Agent you will be delivering exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. We are looking for someone with flexible availability and a passion for the Hospitality Industry. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
Available to work sift work including Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Christmas & New Years period
Strong understanding of the Hotel Industry and Customer Service
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Immaculate grooming and professional image
An outgoing, vibrant personality with drive and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Previous experience with Hotel Management Software (such as Opera, RMS, Northstar etc.)
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
Tasks & Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Check in and check out of the guests, including payment and assistance with luggage
Greeting and directing guests as the first point of contact for the Hotel
Taking and updating of reservations for accommodation
Handle incoming telephone calls
Assisting guests with special requests & general information
Responding to email enquiries and sending reports where required
Schedule:
Afternoon shift
Day shift
Overnight shift
Rotating roster
Weekend availability
Public Holidays
