Randstad are excited to be partnering with a well known Australian owned and operated multi-disciplinary firm who offer engineering consulting services for civil, infrastructure, and structural projects and we are looking to speak with an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their Launceston team.

About the opportunity

With eleven offices across Australia, employing over 250 staff, our client's focus is on providing professional services that are tailored to their clients' individual needs, combined with utilising the very latest in technological advances. Our client is proud to offer industry leading surveying, engineering and planning services and are seeking a professional and dedicated civil engineer to support their ever growing pipeline of projects.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on various commercial construction projects throughout Tasmania, and as the Senior Civil Engineer, you will be planning, managing and delivering engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality, costs and project schedules, to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and on budget.

About you

This role will be ideal for someone who has demonstrated civil engineering experience and can hit the ground running as an effective and contributing member of the team. Ideally you will have a minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering design.

To be considered for this position you must:

• Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Have 5+ years demonstrated experience
• Have the ability to work on a variety of projects consecutively
• Strong verbal and written skills
• A Chartered Member (CPEng) of Engineers Australia or eligible
